Tranquillity RCD is pleased to announce that the non-profit community services organization Rising Sun - Center for Excellence and a TCC recipient has selected the agency to partner with  to perform community outreach under their Externship Program.  The two organizations led by Alexis Valadez with TRCD and a resident of the City of San Joaquin will be working together to develop a district-wide community betterment program for tranditionally underserved farming communities.  This is the district's first joint community outreach and betterment program that has been initiated with the goal of it being a permanent program.
